Louisiana Stuffed Peppers

- 4 medium bell peppers (your choice of colour) shopping list
- 1 package Zatarain's black bean and rice shopping list
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare black bean and rice mixture according to package directions
- Cut the tops off the peppers and carefully clean out cores and seeds
- Fill peppers with bean and rice mixture and stand filled peppers in baking dish
- Top each filled pepper with shredded cheese
- Bake covered at 350 F for 45 minutes, longer for softer peppers.
