Ingredients

1 medium cabbage, shredded

1 large carrot, coarsely grated

1 tsp salt

1 heaping tsp granulated sugar

3 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise

3 Tbsp yogurt

2 Tbsp white vinegar

Tabasco or hot sauce as desired

Directions

Mix the cabbage and carrot with the salt and sugar.

Toss well to mix through.

Place in a colander and let sit and drain for a good hour.

Mix the vegetables with the rest of the dressing ingredients.

Taste and serve.

I like the draining method here as I'm not a big fan of the soupy slaw. I've never used yogurt in mine, but I love yogurt and know it would be good here. Great recipe - great method. Thank you!
