How to make it

  • Line bottom of deep baking dish with 1/2 of cubed bread. Cut pieces of cream cheese on top, sprinkle with berries and top with remaining bread cubes. Beat 8 eggs with maple syrup and milk and pour over bread. Cover with tinfoil sprayed with Pam and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 degree oven covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake another 30 minutes. Cut in squares and serve with berry sauce.
  • Berry Sauce
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 Tbsps of corn starch
  • 1 cup of berries
  • Mix well and bring to boil while constantly stirring. Add the berries and stir until the berries pop. Serve hot over French Toast.

    Oh Wow Griz this must be absolutely wonderful, think I've got to make this one real soon. I love those mix up the night before and pop in the oven the next morning for a yummie and quick breakfast. Fabulous Post.
