How to make it
- Drain the liquid from the delectable mollusks.

- Wrap each oyster in a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Depending upon the size of the oyster, an entire strip may not needed.
- Place in a shallow baking pan
- Place pan with oysters in broil until bacon is crisp, turning once.
- Do not allow the toothpicks to flame.
- Drain oysters (off of oil from bacon )
- serve while hot.
- You can also do this with Shrimp ...
- I also add Swiss Cheese on top to melt before taking out of oven
- once it is melted then I have served this with baked potato, salad and bread.
