Ingredients
  • 2 dozen oysters
  • 24 strips bacon
  • Tabasco
  • Round wooden toothpicks

Directions
  1. Drain the liquid from the delectable mollusks.
  2. Season each oyster with a drop or two of Tabasco.
  3. Wrap each oyster in a strip of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Depending upon the size of the oyster, an entire strip may not needed.
  4. Place in a shallow baking pan
  5. Place pan with oysters in broil until bacon is crisp, turning once.
  6. Do not allow the toothpicks to flame.
  7. Drain oysters (off of oil from bacon )
  8. serve while hot.
  9. You can also do this with Shrimp ...
  10. I also add Swiss Cheese on top to melt before taking out of oven
  11. once it is melted then I have served this with baked potato, salad and bread.
