Ingredients

1 cup flour

2tsp baking powder

1/4 salt

1/4 baking soda

125g butter (soften)

2 tbsp of sugar

1 egg (big) or 2 if small

1 pc of big banana or 3 pieces of small one

Directions

Preheat the oven to 400 degree.

Beat the egg, salt, baking soda, baking powder, sugar and butter to even.

Add in flour and mix till all flour is dissolved.

Put in half the mixture to all the cups.

Mashed the banana and put in a teaspoon on all the cups.

Top up with the other half of the mixture.

Bake it and check after 10 mins
