Tuna Cakes Recipe
A different spin on crab cakes. Tuna cakes made with stuffing mix give it that extra crunch. Serve with mashed potatoes or cheese grits and your favorite veggie.

Ingredients
  • 1 small can of tuna
  • 1/2 cup of Stovetop stuffing mix
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • olive oil

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a small bowl
  2. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
  3. Mix well. If it seems too dry, add a little more olive oil.
  4. Form into 4 small patties.
  5. Fry in pan with 2 tbsp olive oil about 2-3 minute on each side.
  6. After serving drizzle a little soy sauce on patties.

I have heard of these but I have not tried them. Sounds very good


Sounds good. Have wild sashimi tuna in freezer.
