Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter-softened
  • 8 oz cream cheese-softened
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 3 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions
  1. In large bowl cream butter and cream cheese.
  2. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
  3. Add egg, vanilla and almond-mix well.
  4. Add flour and baking powder-mix well.
  5. Divide dough in half, cover and chill 1 1/2 hours.
  6. On floured surface roll dough to 1/8" thickness.
  7. Cut with cookie cutters and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake 375, 8-10 minutes.
  9. Decorate
