How to make it

  • you need a cookie cooling rack and cookie baking sheet
  • take the thick sliced bread and brush one side with garlic butter
  • set on cookie cooling rack and place on cookie sheet
  • sprinkle with dill weed
  • broil quickly until golden brown
  • let cool
  • flip bread over after completey cooled and brush lightly with olive oil
  • place on cookie cooling rack and grate some fine lemon zest on to bread slices
  • sprinkle parmesean cheese and broil this side until golden
