Ingredients
  • 1 T. butter
  • 1 lb boneless pork top loin
  • 1 ¼ C. bisquick
  • 1/3 C. sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground mustard
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T. milk
  • 2 T. butter
  • Sweet-and-sour sauce or hot mustard

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 425ºF. Spread 1 T. melted butter in 13x9x2” baking pan.
  2. Trim excess fat from pork; cut pork into ¼” slices. Cut slices into strips ¼” wide.
  3. Stir together Bisquick, sesame seed, salt, paprika and mustard.
  4. Beat eggs and milk with fork.
  5. Dip pork strips into egg mixture; coat with sesame seed mixture.
  6. Place pork strips in single layer in pan.
  7. Drizzle 2 T. melted butter over pork
  8. Bake uncovered 30 to 35 min or until brown and crisp. Serve with sauce.
