Stuffed Eggs With Spinach And Bacon

Great new twist on stuffed eggs. I always get compliments when I bring these.
Ingredients
- 1 package (9oz.) creamed spinach shopping list
- 12 hard-cooked eggs shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmasean cheese (or 1/3 instant potato flakes) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 TAB. Dijon mustard shopping list
- 5 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled shopping list
- 3 green onions minced shopping list
- paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Peel eggs and cut lenthwise.
- Remove yolks to bowl
- Mash yolks, parmasean (or potato flakes) with a fork
- Stir in creamed spinach, mayonnaise and next 3 ingredients
- Stuff egg whites generously with yolk mixture
- Sprinkle with paprika if desired
- Chill
