CRUNCHY FRENCH TOAST

- 8 bread slices shopping list
- 2 medium eggs shopping list
- 2 C. milk shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 C. corn flake crumbs shopping list
- butter shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl, beat eggs, milk, and vanilla until blended.
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Place corn flake crumbs in a shallow dish or bowl.
- Dip each bread slice into egg mixture and then dip into corn flake crumbs.
- Cook in buttered skillet until both sides are golden brown.
- Cut French Toast into diagonals and serve with your favorite syrup.
