How to make it

  • Mix all of the ingredients for the turkey burger in a bowl.
  • Pat out into burgers. (Mixture needs to be COLD)
  • Rub olive oil into a skillet (I use cast iron) and heat to MED.
  • Put burgers into MED heated pan.
  • Let the bottom of the burgers harden before flipping or they will fall apart.
  • Flip and brown on both sides. When center of the burger is brown, take off and put on a toasted bun with mustard and romaine lettuce! mmmm.
