Slow Cooker Peach Cobbler Recipe

Ingredients

3/4 cup baking mix(Bisquick)

1/2 cup packed brown sugar

1/2 can evaporated milk

2 tablespoons butter-melted

2 large eggs

4 ripe peaches-peeled and sliced

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Spray crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl,combine sugar and baking mix.

Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.

Stir in butter and milk.

Add peaches and cinnamon

Pour into crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.

Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Made this it was very good and moist...To fit my families size I altered it like this.

I used 4 fresh very ripe peaches that I had let sit over night in a little sugar.

I then added one 24oz can of no sugar added peaches.

I had to doubled the recipe due to the size of my family.

I followed it totally from then on but I think due to the juiciness of the peaches I should of added an extra ½ cup of Bisquick.

I then took the syrup and boiled it till it reduced down to a thin syrup to pour over the finished product. I did not serve it with ice cream I poured on heavy cream, and the thin syrup. Like I said it was very good and moist.
