Grilled Asparagus and Mushrooms with Parmesan

- 1 lb of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2 – 2 ½” pieces shopping list
- 1 (8 oz) pkg of button mushrooms, sliced shopping list
- 4 Tbl EVOO shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- Or shopping list
- ¼ Cup Zesty Italian dressing shopping list
- ¼ C Parmesan, shredded (or more to taste) shopping list
How to make it
- Marinate asparagus and mushrooms in EVOO and salt and pepper
- or marinate in Dressing in a freezer bag for a minimum of 20 minutes
- Turn occasionally to coat evenly
- Spray and heat grill basket on grill
- Stir fry mushrooms and asparagus until crisp tender
- When done, remove to serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan
