How to make it

  • Marinate asparagus and mushrooms in EVOO and salt and pepper
  • or marinate in Dressing in a freezer bag for a minimum of 20 minutes
  • Turn occasionally to coat evenly
  • Spray and heat grill basket on grill
  • Stir fry mushrooms and asparagus until crisp tender
  • When done, remove to serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan

    I love grilled asparagus. This is the best way to get your family to eat green veggies. Try marinating in evoo, lime juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and soy sauce 30 min before cooking. IT IS SOOO GOOD....
