Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt caramels and milk in top of double boiler
  • Beat for 3 minutes
  • Add pecans and drop on buttered platter or waxed paper
  • Melt choc chips and paraffin or even a little less paraffin
  • Dip caramel nut drops in mixture and cool on wax paper

    Can also use the big blocks of chocalate like butterscotch, vanilla ect. from walmart.

    I have asked you about these before but haven't tried them yet. Do you think I could use almond bark instead of parrafin wax?

    Paraffin is easy to use...and it really helps to make the chocolate harden...have you ever had Martha Washington candy... you use paraffin in it too...I hope you will try these Gem...

    These sound fantastic but I have never used parrafin wax. I also don't have a double boiler. I think my sister does so maybe she will let me borrow hers.
