Ingredients

1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms

1 small onion,thinly sliced

1 Tbs sesame oil

1/2c. chicken broth

1/4tsp. salt

1/4tsp. pepper

3/4lb fresh or frozen sugar snap peas

Directions

In a large skillet,saute mushrooms and onion in oil until crisp -tender. Add the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boi;cover and simmer for 2-4 mins or until peas are crisp-tender. Serve with a slotted spoon.

Excellent with Apricot chicken(posted)
