Leftover Chickenandnoodle Casserole

- Leftover cooked noodles, about 4 cups (mine where green and yellow) shopping list
- bacon (whatever you've got - i had 6 slices) or ham shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or potato-leek soup shopping list
- grated parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup shopping list
- 1 zucchini, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper, peeled and chopped (was all i had left) shopping list
- 1/2 cup milk shopping list
- chredded mozzarella, about 1 cup shopping list
- cubed cooked chicken, about 2 cups shopping list
How to make it
- Fry bacon (or chopped cooked ham)
- drain most of bacon fat
- add onion and garlic, stirring frequently
- add red bell pepper
- add zucchini, stirring
- add soup and milk
- heat and stir until blended well.
- stir in mozzarella
- add noodles and chicken
- pour into greased casserole dish
- sprinkle with parmesan and some butter flakes
- bake in 175 °C oven for about 35 minutes
