Leftover Chickenandnoodle Casserole Recipe
When you think you've got nothing to eat - make something from your leftover chicken, noodles, veggies and yur family will think you're the greatest!

Ingredients
  • Leftover cooked noodles, about 4 cups (mine where green and yellow)
  • bacon (whatever you've got - i had 6 slices) or ham
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup or potato-leek soup
  • grated parmesan cheese, about 1/4 cup
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, peeled and chopped (was all i had left)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • chredded mozzarella, about 1 cup
  • cubed cooked chicken, about 2 cups

Directions
  1. Fry bacon (or chopped cooked ham)
  2. drain most of bacon fat
  3. add onion and garlic, stirring frequently
  4. add red bell pepper
  5. add zucchini, stirring
  6. add soup and milk
  7. heat and stir until blended well.
  8. stir in mozzarella
  9. add noodles and chicken
  10. pour into greased casserole dish
  11. sprinkle with parmesan and some butter flakes
  12. bake in 175 °C oven for about 35 minutes
