How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • place apple juice, couscous, raisins, and spice in a pan and bring to boil stirring occasionally
  • Cover ands simmer for 10-12 minutes until all free liquid is absorbed.
  • Spoon half the mixture into 5 cup ovenproof dish and top with half the apple slices.
  • Top with remaining couscous.
  • Arrange remaining apple slices overlapping the top and sprinkle with brown sugar
  • Bake for 25 minutes
  • Serve hot with yogurt
