How to make it

  • In large pot add butter and brown meat. When brown add onion and cook till tender.
  • Add all ingredients but, parsley and sour cream.
  • Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 ½ hours.
  • Stir in the sour cream, check seasonings. Sprinkle with parsley.
  • Serve with biscuits.
