Creamy Berry Wonton Cups

- 24 square wonton wrappers shopping list
- 1 T butter or margarine, melted shopping list
- 2T granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 container (8 oz) strawberry yogurt shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed & divided shopping list
- 2 t powdered sugar shopping list
- strawberries, raspberries or blueberries shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Brush one side of each wonton wrapper with melted butter.
- Sprinkle wontons evenly with sugar.
- Press each wonton sugared side up into cups of mini-muffin pan.
- Bake 6-8 minutes or until edges are light golden brown.
- Remove wontons from pan to cooling rack and cool completely
- Place yogurt in bowl; fold in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Fill decorator bag with remaining whipped topping.
- Place small scoop of yogurt mixture into each wonton.
- Top each wonton with fruit and garnish with whipped topping.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Serve immediately.
