Nanas Picnic Basket Chicken

- 2 legs, 2 thighs, 2 breasts, 2 wings rinsed and patted dry. Dredged in buttermilk and 1 egg stirred For 1/12 hrs. shopping list
- 1 freezer bag. shopping list
- 11/2 cups all purpose flour ,in bowl. shopping list
- 1/2 cup pancake flour in same bowl. shopping list
- 1 tbsp. salt shopping list
- 1 tsp. pepper. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. paprika. shopping list
- 2 cups vegatable oil. shopping list
- 1/2 cup olive oil. shopping list
- buttermilk. shopping list
How to make it
- Rinse and pat dry chicken, soak in butter milk, salt and pepper for 1/12hours or longer.
- Add flour , pancake batter, salt, pepper, pepper flakes, and paprika to freezer bag. Add chicken pieces and shake well in freezer bag.
- Preheat pan on medium high with vegatable oil and olive oil. Fry at a very low medium heat until browned and crisped on both sides. Remove and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until juices run clear. Drain on paper towels, let cool and package for picnic!
