Sauteed Snap Peas

- 1/2 pound sugar snap peas shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons sesame oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic shopping list
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (I use prepared jar of ginger) shopping list
- sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Wash peas and pat dry
- String by beginning at tips and pulling it down, cut off stem ends leaving them whole
- Heat oil ginger and garlic in a skillet and saute for about 30 seconds
- Add peas and saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they are bright green (do not overcook)
- Add salt and pepper and serve immediatly
