Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound sugar snap peas
  • 2 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger (I use prepared jar of ginger)
  • Sea Salt & Ground Black Pepper, to taste

Directions
  1. Wash peas and pat dry
  2. String by beginning at tips and pulling it down, cut off stem ends leaving them whole
  3. Heat oil ginger and garlic in a skillet and saute for about 30 seconds
  4. Add peas and saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they are bright green (do not overcook)
  5. Add salt and pepper and serve immediatly
