How to make it

  • Wash peas and pat dry
  • String by beginning at tips and pulling it down, cut off stem ends leaving them whole
  • Heat oil ginger and garlic in a skillet and saute for about 30 seconds
  • Add peas and saute over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until they are bright green (do not overcook)
  • Add salt and pepper and serve immediatly
