  • Pour seltzer into milk
  • You should have a nice foam
  • Pour syrup into the center of foam and stir with spoon
  • Remove spoon through center of foam

    YUM. YUM. YUM. My favorite drink as a kid in NY. Still love them and drink them whenever I can. Gotta see if I have Fox's U-Bet syrup at home cuz now I've got an urge for one!
