Ingredients

1/2 cup really cold whole milk

Seltzer to fill soda glass 2/3 way up (16oz.)

1/4 chocolate syrup

Directions

Pour milk into glass

Pour seltzer into milk

You should have a nice foam

Pour syrup into the center of foam and stir with spoon

Remove spoon through center of foam
