Crock-pot Pizza Recipe

Ingredients

12 oz package of wide egg noodles

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1/2 cup chopped onion

28 0z jar of spaghetti sauce

4 1/2 oz jar sliced mushrooms drained

1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni halved

3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

3 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Cook noodles according to directions

In large skillet cook beef and onion, then drain

Stir in spaghetti sauce,mushrooms,and Italian seasoning

Drain noodles

In a slow cooker sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, spread a 1/3 of the meat sauce

Cover with a 1/3 of the noodles and pepperoni

Sprinkle with a 1/3 of the cheeses

Repeat layers twice

Cover and cook on low 3 hours or until heated through and cheese is melted
