Simple cheesecake. Very tasty. Got this from a friend many years ago

Ingredients
  • 2 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2tsp. almond extract
  • 2/3c sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • Topping:
  • 1c. sour cream
  • 3Tbs. sugar
  • 1tsp. vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Beat all ingredients till creamy,pour into a greased 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 for 30 mins. Cook 20 mins Mix sour cream,sugar and vanilla,mix well. Spread on top of cheesecake. Bake 10 mins.
