Ingredients

Brownies:

1/2 cup margarine

1 cup sugar

4 eggs

1 can Hershey's Chocolate Syrup

1 cup flour

Frosting:

1 1/3 cup sugar

6 tbsp milk

6 tbsp butter

1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Brownies:

Cream margarine, add sugar.

Add beaten eggs.

Blend in chocolate syrup.

Stir in flour.

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.

Frosting:

Combine sugar, milk and butter.

Boil 1 minute, add chips, stir until melted.

Frost warm brownies with warm frosting. Enjoy!!!
