Eggless Pineapple Upside Down Cake

- cake shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 cup yogurt shopping list
- 1 tsp rose water shopping list
- 1 heaping tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice from can shopping list
- 1 tbsp vinegar shopping list
- 1 can of pineapple, sliced shopping list
- caramel shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup water shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon or lime juice shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- In a large bowl, put the flour and sugar; mix
- To mixture, add: melted butter, yogurt, rosewater, baking powder and pineapple juice
- batter should not be too thick
- grease a pyrex pan
- CARAMEL
- mix together the sugar and water in small saucepan
- let simmer on low until it starts to turn amber in color
- add the lemon juice and stir until it becomes a medium dark amber
- place the pineapple sliced pineapple on the bottom of the pyrex
- add the caramel syrup on top
- pour the cake batter on top of the pineapple and caramel
- bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes

You're "5" fork recipe looks awesome! I like the fact that it doesn't have eggs in it and with all the other ingredients, I know it will be moist.
