Ingredients

How to make it

  • mix all together, and put in the fridge for 30min
  • serve with any crusty bread.
  • I've tried several other recipes that call for more ingredients, but I always come back to this one......sometimes the simple ones are better

This is exactly what I was looking for and will make it on Wednesday. I will use ciabatta bread that has been brushed with garlic, oil and parmesan, and toasted, though.

Gave this a try tonight and loved it. I served it over spaghetti. I made a big batch to take to work tomorrow for our "Italian" pot luck. Thanks for sharing!

Nice topping recipe, but bruschetta is actually Italian for "roasted over coals." Bruschetta is the bread toasted and rubbed with garlic. Then the topping is added. No garlic rub, no bruschetta. See Decobabe, from Italy, post in the archives. The topping does look good, however.
