Easy Chicken Cacciatore

- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into cubes shopping list
- 1 jar (1 lb. 9.75 oz.) Prego® Chunky Garden mushroom & green pepper Italian Sauce shopping list
- 1/2 lb. corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s well browned, stirring often.
- Stir the pasta sauce into the skillet. Heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes more or until the chicken is cooked through. Serve with pasta.
