Easy Deviled Eggs

- 6 boiled eggs shopping list
- 3/4 tsp. mustard shopping list
- 2 (plus) Tbsp. mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sweet pickle juice shopping list
- salt & pepper shopping list
- garnish with paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Place eggs in a medium pot with cold water.
- When water comes to a full boil, turn burner off and cover with lid.
- Let eggs set for 10 minutes.
- Drain water from eggs and when cool peel.
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a medium mixing bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients with the yolks and mix till all is combined.
- Place yolk mixture in a resealable ziplock bag. Making sure all air is out.
- Push mixture toward one corner of bag and snip off about 1/2 inch.
- Squeezing gently, fill egg halves with yolk mixture.
- Garnish with a couple of sprinkles of paprika.
