Ingredients
  • 6 boiled eggs
  • 3/4 tsp. mustard
  • 2 (plus) Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet pickle juice
  • salt & pepper
  • garnish with paprika

Directions
  1. Place eggs in a medium pot with cold water.
  2. When water comes to a full boil, turn burner off and cover with lid.
  3. Let eggs set for 10 minutes.
  4. Drain water from eggs and when cool peel.
  5. Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a medium mixing bowl.
  6. Combine remaining ingredients with the yolks and mix till all is combined.
  7. Place yolk mixture in a resealable ziplock bag. Making sure all air is out.
  8. Push mixture toward one corner of bag and snip off about 1/2 inch.
  9. Squeezing gently, fill egg halves with yolk mixture.
  10. Garnish with a couple of sprinkles of paprika.

Cool, our deviled egg recipe is about 99% the same. I just put in about 3 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish and about 1/2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish, just a little kick, very light tasting. Nice job, love deviled eggs. Nice pic. JJ
