How to make it

  • Place eggs in a medium pot with cold water.
  • When water comes to a full boil, turn burner off and cover with lid.
  • Let eggs set for 10 minutes.
  • Drain water from eggs and when cool peel.
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise and place yolks in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients with the yolks and mix till all is combined.
  • Place yolk mixture in a resealable ziplock bag. Making sure all air is out.
  • Push mixture toward one corner of bag and snip off about 1/2 inch.
  • Squeezing gently, fill egg halves with yolk mixture.
  • Garnish with a couple of sprinkles of paprika.

    Cool, our deviled egg recipe is about 99% the same. I just put in about 3 teaspoons of sweet pickle relish and about 1/2 teaspoon of prepared horseradish, just a little kick, very light tasting. Nice job, love deviled eggs. Nice pic. JJ
