How to make it

  • Saute shallot in butter over medium heat 2 or 3 minutes until soft. Remove fron heat and stir in flour until blended. Return to heat and cook until bubbly. Gradually add chicken broth and tomato paste and whisk until smooth.
  • Add whipping cream and crab. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 or 4 minutes. Garnish each serving with sour cream and parsley.
