Ingredients

How to make it

  • In a large pot over medium heat, combine potatoes, onion, celery, beef broth, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, 15 minutes.
  • Stir in sausage and condensed soup and continue to simmer until heated though and slightly thickened. Season with pepper. Serve hot.

    So happy I checked this out as I just know it will be a big hit in this house--part of my ethnic responsibility to use Polish Sausage. My husband will be thrilled. Nice to hook up with you again!! I always enjoy seeing your new recipes!!! Warm wishes from cold Buffalo,NY!!! But that too shall pass!!! Counting down til Spring!!!
