This is the way i have perfected spaghetti to my taste buds and don't feel too guilty about eating it. I love all the chunky and tasty ingredients.

I use a soy substitute like Soy 7 for the meat and always make the sauce from scratch myself that is my personal preference, otherwise this is a great start thank you and keep them coming.
