Ingredients
  • 15 oz. can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 pinch garlic pepper
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic pepper.
  3. Place chicken breast halves in a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover chicken breast halves with artichoke mixture.
  5. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pick in the center and juices run clear.

Made this last nite...soooo good. I added some shredded Italian cheese to it. My kids loved it, too. It was like an artichoke dip topped chicken...I really liked this. :)
