Okey Dokey Artichokey Chicken

- 15 oz. can of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 pinch garlic pepper shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- In a medium bowl, mix together artichoke, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic pepper.
- Place chicken breast halves in a greased baking dish.
- Cover chicken breast halves with artichoke mixture.
- Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pick in the center and juices run clear.

Made this last nite...soooo good. I added some shredded Italian cheese to it. My kids loved it, too. It was like an artichoke dip topped chicken...I really liked this. :)
