Ingredients
  • 1 package of orange cake mix
  • 1, 3 oz package of instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup Galliano liqueur
  • 6 ounces of orange juice
  • 1 ounce of Vodka
  • Glaze:
  • 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
  • 1 TB vodka
  • 1 TB Galliano
  • (Or sprinkle the cake with just powdered sugar)

Directions
  1. Empty the cake mix into a large bowl.
  2. Add the pudding mix and blend.
  3. Mix in the four eggs, oil, 1 ounce of vodka and 1/2 cup of Galliano.
  4. Add orange juice and mix all until smooth.
  5. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube or bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
  7. Cool before glazing.
  8. Glaze:
  9. Mix sifted powdered sugar slowly with 1 ounce of both galliano and vodka. Pour over cooled cake.

Alterations


I couldn't find an orange cake mix so I just used a white cake mix and I added about a TBS of orange zest. I also didn't have vodka so I used coconut rum. What a great cake, thanks!
