Gooey Brownies

- Soft butter, for greasing the pan shopping list
- flour, for dusting the buttered pan shopping list
- 3 large eggs shopping list
- 1 or 1/2 cup sugar, sifted shopping list
- 1 cup brown sugar, sifted shopping list
- 8 ounces melted butter shopping list
- 11/3 cups cocoa, sifted shopping list
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
- 1/2 cup flour, sifted shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 cup nuts-opitional shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
- Take an 8 inch square pan and butter and flour the pan; set aside
- Fitted with a wire attachment, crack and beat the eggs in a mixer until well fluffy and yellow
- Mix in both brown and white sugar
- Add all the remaining ingredients
- Mix to well combined nicely
- Pour the batter in the 8 inch baking pan and bake for 45 minutes.
- Check with the toothpick method; if the toothpick comes out clean, your gooey brownie will be ready.
