Ingredients

oil 2 tbsps.

salt and pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

red wine (for cooking)

vegetable balsamic vinegar

rumpsteak 400-450grms.

steak butter (kräuter butter)

Directions

grill rumpsteak about 2mins. on both sides just to make it brown or medium cook. Depends on you if you want it rare, medium, or well-done. (i suggest just medium) set aside.

in a non-stick frying pan saute' in oil the garlic and onion powder, red wine, balsamic vinegar until it becomes a little sticky.

then when it becomes sticky put it on top of the steak and also the butter. ready to serve.

tipp: served it with garlic bread
