How to make it

  • Combine potatoes, salmon, onion, bell pepper and pepper in bowl; toss gently to mix well.
  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add potato mixture; spread to cover surface of skillet. Carefully pat down to avoid oil spatter.
  • Cook 5 minutes or until crisp and browned. Turn over in large pieces.
  • Brown 2 to 3 minutes.
