Moms Banana Bread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup softened butter

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

4 cups flour

2 tsp baling soda

1/2 tsp salt

7 medium bananas mashed

1 cup chopped pecans/chocolate chips (optional)

1 tbl shredded coconut

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 300

Grease and flour 3-9x5 in. loaf pans

Cream butter and sugar

Add eggs one at a time

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a seperate bowl

Gradually add the flour mixture alternating with the mashed bananas

Add pecans/chocolate chips and coconut

Pour into loaf pans and bake for 1 hour

Cool slightly and serve warm with butter

Enjoy!
