Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tbl vanilla
- 2 tbl vegetable oil
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbl sugar
- 2 tbl powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- vegetable oil for cooking
Directions
- Combine eggs, milk, vanilla, and oil and set aside
- Mix remaining dry ingredients
- Sift into the egg mixture batter will be lumpy
- Heat oil on med heat and drop batter into the skillit
- Serve with butter and maple syrup
- Enjoy!

Sounds yummie, like the addition of the powdered sugar. You might want to change the salt to 1/2 teaspoon instead of 12 teaspoons for the new cooks out there. Great post, you have my 5 Sounds like a good weekend to make these.
