Peach Rice Crisp

- 3 c. cooked brown rice (hot) shopping list
- 1 can sliced peaches, drained and chopped shopping list
- ¾ t. cinnamon shopping list
- ½ t. nutmeg shopping list
- ½ t. almond extract shopping list
- 1 c. flaked coconut shopping list
- ¾ c. sliced almonds shopping list
- ¼ c. butter, softened shopping list
- ⅓ c. honey shopping list
How to make it
- With fork, stir together rice, peaches, ½ t. of cinnamon, almond extract and ¼ t. of nutmeg.
- Turn into greased 2-quart casserole.
- Stir together coconut, almonds, butter, ¼ t. of cinnamon and remaining ¼ t. nutmeg.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto rice mixture; drizzle with honey.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until toasty brown.
