Zucchini Fries Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine the cereal, cheese and spices in a large plastic bag.
  • Dip the zucchini slices in the beaten egg and then roll in the dry mixture.
  • Place the coated zucchini on a foiled line cookie sheet, sprayed w/ cooking spray.
  • Spray the tops with a little more coking spray.
  • Bake for 20 minutes, turning once.
