Buttermilk Pie Recipe

How to make it

  • Combine sugar and flour, mixing well; add eggs, butter and buttermilk. Beat well, stir in flavorings.
  • Pour into pastry shell.
  • Bake at 400-degrees F for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and bake at 325-degrees F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Yields One 9-inch pie.
