Not Italian stuffed Shells

- 1 package ( 12 ounces) jumbo shells shopping list
- 1/2 pound ground beef shopping list
- 1/2 pound veal shopping list
- 1 pound pork susage shopping list
- 1 carton ( 15 oz )of cottage cheese or ricotta. I use ricotta. shopping list
- 16 oz sharp yellow cheese 9 about 3 cups) shopping list
- parsley,salt & pepper to taste shopping list
- 2 med onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 stalks of celery chopped shopping list
- 2 large carrots, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Cook the shells according to package directions
- Drain, then cover with cold water and set aside.
- In a large nonstick skillet saute onions and celery.
- Remove celery & onions from pan.
- Brown all meats.
- Remove meats from pan and place in large bowl.
- Make a gravy from the fat in pan.
- Add cheeses to the meats onions and celery
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Lightly greese a 9 inch by 13 inch bakinf pan.
- Remove the shells from the water, fill with meat and cheese mixture, and place in baking pan.
- Cover with gravy.
- Bake 40 minutes.
