How to make it

  • In a large skillet, brown meat and drain. Add onions and celery, cook until tender.
  • Add garlic powder, chili powder, salt and pepper, tomato sauce and soup.
  • Simmer on medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
  • Cook noodles in boiling water and drain. Add noodles to sauce and heat through on low.

    Hey, we used to call this American chop suey! I never thought of putting mushroom soup in it; will have to try that.

    This sounds like a recipe that my mom use to make and it was so delicious!Thanks for sharing it. My mom passed away in Oct. and I never had her recipe for some reason.
