Fake Sour Cream Recipe
This is the fake sour cream recipe from Tanya Barnard & Sarah Kramer's excellent How It All Vegan. It lasts about 5 days in the fridge.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups soft or medium tofu
  • 1/4 cup oil of your choice
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Directions
  1. throw everything into your blender/food processor and blitz until smooth & creamy. Store in the fridge in a jar with a tight fitting lid. Remember, this only lasts 5 days.
