  • Native American Meat and Fish Sauce
  • COOL TIME 5hours

  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 2 0z ketchup

Directions
  1. combine a level teaspoon of ground horseradish and 2 oz catsup. Refrigerate Cool for 4 hours before serving.
  2. Originally, the tomato based part was tomato pulp with "Indian" spices, but the author of the cookbook I got this from substituted ketchup. (Basically, it's cocktail sauce)

Cocktail sauce is great on shrimp. I can imagine this BBQ sauce would be good on meat.

It's handy, too. You can mix up a batch in the palm of your hand.
I heard about the man who developed this sauce. His name was Big Chief Littlehook. He brought home one 3 inch fish each day.
