This is the Elegant Cream Cheese from How It All Vegan. I'm going to be very interested to try this as I do kinda miss cream cheese

Ingredients
  • 1 cup soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup cashew pieces
  • 2 teaspoons sweetener
  • 1-2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Blitz!
  2. This will last 4-7 days in the fridge and make about 1 cup.
