Ingredients
  • 1 lb. Crab meat
  • 3 T. Mayo
  • 1 c. Saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 t. Old bay seasoning
  • 1 t. Mustard
  • 2 t. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • oil for frying

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together except oil; form into 6 patties. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat fry until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
