Simple Crab Cakes

Great alone with cocktail sauce or toss on a bun and add some tartar sauce
Ingredients
- 1 lb. crab meat shopping list
- 3 T. Mayo shopping list
- 1 c. saltine cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1 t. Old Bay Seasoning shopping list
- 1 t. mustard shopping list
- 2 t. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together except oil; form into 6 patties. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium heat fry until golden on both sides. Drain on paper towels.
I enjoy thick cakes, you could make 8 smaller ones opposed to my 6 larger
