Ingredients

cake:

strawberry cake mix

16 oz container of strawberries thawed

3 eggs

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

2 teaspoons of rum extract

icing:

2 teaspoons of strawberry liquid (reserved from frozen berries)

2 teaspoons of rum extract

2 teaspoons of lemon juice

powdered sugar

Directions

mix cake mix, berries, lemon juice, eggs and extract

Pour into greased bundt cake pan

bake at 350 for 20 minutes

let cake cool, then invert onto plate

mixes strawberries and lemon juice with extract and add powdered sugar until desired consistency.

drizzle over cake
